Bonington and Fogle: What Makes An Adventurer?

A special event took place in February organised by the Campaign for National Parks when the Campaign’s President Ben Fogle and Sir Chris Bonington talked about their favourite adventures. In aid of the Campaign for National Parks the event was supported by
HF Holidays and Berghaus. 

On the night, mountaineering legend Sir Chris Bonington and writer/adventurer Ben Fogle shared a personal insight into their favourite adventure. In conversation with Libby Purves they reflected on how their early experiences in the British countryside generated a spirit of exploration that has seen them succeed in the most challenging places.
