You will be responsible for Care & Maintenance of House, Emergency Repairs, Advise on project work, Liaise with on site contractors and Compliance and liaison with Fire/EHO regulations.

Undertake all minor and planned repairs within trianed skills.
Inclination to multi skills.
Ability to liaise with/between Managment, contractors, staff and guests.
Formal training or experience in one or more trades.
Ability to use the access platform (with training).
